John Collie

Strategic Advisor

John brings over two decades of operational and regulatory leadership across construction, building materials, civil infrastructure, and industrial services, with fire protection as one part of a broader industrial services background. He previously served as CEO of Fire Protection Association Australia and held senior roles at Airmaster and CSR Limited. He holds a Master of Science from Northeastern University and a Master of Commerce from Swinburne University.

Kristian Bischoff

Strategic Advisor

Kristian brings more than two decades of senior commercial leadership across field service, manufacturing, mining, and fire and safety industries. Most recently, he was CEO and Director of United Safety & Survivability Corporation Australia. He is a CPA and Founder of Kinetic Business Strategies, providing fractional CEO/CFO and board advisory services.

Roger Jowett

Strategic Advisor

Roger has over 35 years of international executive experience across industrial distribution, electronic security, and fire protection. He previously served as CEO of Motion AsiaPacific (Inenco Group), CEO of TSC Group (Hastie Services), and COO of Signature Security Group. He currently serves as a non-executive director for VAE Pty Ltd and other entities.

Malcolm Jackman

Strategic Advisor

Malcolm is an experienced board director and former CEO with a career spanning agribusiness, industrial hire, workforce services, and building materials. He was the Non-Executive Chairman of Force Fire and led the South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission. His CEO experience includes Elders Limited, Coates Hire, and Manpower Australia and New Zealand.
